By car

Follow the signs to Schloß Sanssouci. Close to the Schloß don´t use the access to the parking spaces but follow the main street (Maulbeerallee). Directly after the forecourt of the Orangerie, you will find the driveway to the buildings of Maulbeerallee.

In case you arrive from Potsdam Eiche/Golm or directly from the main building of Potsdam University, you will see greenhouses of the university on the right side. Immediately afterwards you will find the entry to the buildings of Maulbeerallee.

By aeroplane

Take a flight to the airports of Berlin-Tegel or Berlin-Schönefeld.

From Flughafen Berlin-Tegel take either the bus route 109 to the S-Bahn station Charlottenburg or the bus route X9 to Zoologischer Garten. Therefrom use the S-Bahn route 7 direction Potsdam or the DBRegio route RE 1 direction Magdeburg/Brandenburg to Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. From Potsdam Hauptbahnhof use the bus route 695 (see “By bus”).

From Flughafen Berlin-Schönefeld take the S-Bahn route 9 direction Berlin and change at Ostkreuz to the S-Bahn route 7 to Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. From Friedrichstraße you can also take the DBRegio route RE1 direction Magdeburg/ Brandenburg to Potsdam Hauptbahnhof respectively Potsdam Park Sanssouci (see “By S-Bahn/Local train”). From Potsdam Hauptbahnhof / Park Sanssouci use the bus route 695 (see “By bus”).

In addition you can take the DBRegio route RB22 from Schönefeld airport to Potsdam Pirschheide or Potsdam Hauptbahnhof and change to the bus route 695 (see “By bus”).
